Monthly memberships are credited to your BOHO account on the first of every month to be used towards your next service. The difference in memberships will be the length of commitment.

1. Does my membership Auto-renew?
After your desired membership term (6 or 12 months) your membership would go month-to-month until you wish to cancel. Which we kindly ask to give us a 30 day notice to avoid any future auto-drafts.
2. Can I pause my membership?
Yes, you are allowed to skip one month. But remember your credit just stays on your account and never expires so you never have to worry about not using your facial for that month.
3. Can I cancel before my term is over?
If you’re needing to cancel before your term is up, there is a $99 early cancelation fee and then all member discounts received during your time with us must be paid back as well.
4. Can credits be used towards products?
Your credits can only be used for your service.
5. Can family members use my membership as well?
Yes! Although memberships are personal to you and cannot be transferred, you are able to transfer any credit from your membership to another person.
6. What if I can’t make it in one month?
The credit transfers over to the next month and never expires.
